Greg Angel
Broadcast major
Hometown: Canton, Mich.
How he gets involved: Since his freshman year, Greg has been a news anchor for News Central 34 - a completely student-produced newscast that airs five days a week. He's also involved in many different aspects of broadcast news production, as well as CMU's Leadership Safari and the Walt Disney World College Program.
Why CMU: "It's not too big, it's not too small - with everything here, it's just perfect. I came here for a tour, and it was kind of that voice in the back of my head that said, This is it."
CMU's broadcasting program was nationally recognized with six grand prize awards from the National Broadcasting Society in 2006.
