How she gets involved: Every year she mentors incoming CMU freshmen by helping them with schedules, majors and minors, and connecting them with campus resources.
Why CMU: "CMU is a great choice because it's such a large campus - you meet new people everyday - but it's not overwhelming. It's a great community with lots of friendly people and great programs to help you succeed in life."
The CMU women's soccer team earned the highest grade point average of all NCAA Division I teams in the U.S. the past two years in a row.
